Under-hood insulation is intact and in good shape. The battery box had rust scale, which was removed and the box was then primed and painted. Compression and fuel pressure numbers are right within spec.

The air conditioning is powered by a rotary compressor which looks like Sanden brand but has no label. The battery was replaced in September, 2025. Steering gearbox shows typical gear oil weeping from the front cover plate. Turning operation is smooth with no binding. Approximately two threads show on the steering adjustment cam screw.
